Standard Service
Most services described in this packet are offered as self-service buffets or plated sit down meals. We will arrive prior to your event to set up. When setting up a buffet line we will provide linen table clothes for the buffet tables, chafing dishes, and appropriate serving utensils. For a standard buffet we will need to have available two eight foot tables to set up on. We will stay during meal time to service the buffet and make sure it is full and clean for your guests. At the end of mealtime we will quietly and efficiently clean up the buffet line area, any other area we might of used at the facility, remove our own equipment and trash, and then we will depart the facility leaving you to enjoy the rest of your event.
With our plated menus we will need all appropriate dishes available upon arrival at the event location. During plated meals we will plate all courses in an efficient way with a high quality presentation ready for serving. When all desserts have been plated for all guests then we will clean up the areas in the facility that we used. We will then depart the facility with our own equipment and trash.
Other services such as servers for the entire event, full linen service, china, glassware, tables, and other rental equipment are also available at an additional cost.
Pick Up Service
Perhaps you are interested in a more casual affair or would like to pick up some of our convenient ala carte items to take home or to your office. We have quite an extensive ala carte menu that can be picked up anytime with 48 hours notice.
